These Terms & Conditions govern reservations, apartment stays, guest conduct, website usage and hospitality services provided by Elysium Luxury Stays at Elysium Tower opposite Centaurus Mall Islamabad.
Luxury Hospitality With Transparent Policies
By making a reservation, visiting our website, communicating with our team or staying at Elysium Luxury Stays, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
01 — Acceptance Of Terms
Guests using our website, making reservations or staying in our serviced apartments agree to abide by all policies, procedures and operational guidelines established by Elysium Luxury Stays.
02 — Reservation Terms
Reservations remain subject to apartment availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment verification and written confirmation from our reservations team.
03 — Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in and check-out timings communicated by management must be respected. Early check-in and late check-out requests remain subject to apartment availability.
04 — Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to maintain the apartment responsibly, respect neighboring residents, comply with building security procedures and use facilities appropriately throughout their stay.
05 — Occupancy & Visitors
Only registered guests included in the reservation may stay in the apartment. Visitors may require prior approval and compliance with building security procedures.
06 — Smoking & Parties
Smoking is only permitted in approved areas where applicable. Parties, events, excessive noise and disruptive activities are prohibited without written approval.
07 — Damage & Missing Items
Guests may be held responsible for damage, breakage, stains, excessive cleaning requirements, missing items or misuse of apartment property during their stay.
08 — Apartment Facilities
Guests may use kitchen facilities, appliances, electronics, WiFi and apartment amenities responsibly. Any misuse that causes damage may result in additional charges.
09 — Building Regulations
All guests must comply with Elysium Tower management regulations, security requirements and operational procedures applicable within the building.
10 — Payment Terms
Payment requirements vary according to apartment category, stay duration and reservation type. Payment instructions are provided after reservation verification.
11 — Cancellation & Refund Terms
Free cancellation is available only within 1 hour of booking confirmation.
Reservations cancelled after 1 hour may become non-refundable.
Promotional rates, discounted reservations, corporate bookings and special offers may be non-refundable from the time of confirmation.
Approved refunds may require up to 45 business days depending on payment providers and banking institutions.
12 — Reservation Modifications
Date changes, apartment upgrades, stay extensions and reservation modifications may be requested subject to apartment availability and applicable rate differences.
13 — No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior communication may be treated as a no-show and may result in loss of reservation and applicable payments.
14 — Force Majeure
Elysium Luxury Stays shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, utility interruptions, government restrictions, transportation disruptions or other extraordinary events.
15 — Limitation Of Liability
While reasonable security measures are maintained, guests remain responsible for their personal belongings. Elysium Luxury Stays shall not be liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
16 — Website Usage
All website content, text, branding, photographs and materials remain the property of Elysium Luxury Stays. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or misuse is prohibited.
17 — Privacy Protection
Guest information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is used solely for reservation processing, guest services and operational purposes.
18 — Management Rights
Management reserves the right to refuse service, cancel reservations, request guest departure or take appropriate action where policies are violated or guest conduct compromises safety or operations.
