Important Rules For A Comfortable Stay
Our luxury serviced apartments are designed for families, business travelers, tourists and long-stay guests seeking privacy, comfort and premium hospitality in Islamabad.
01 — Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in and check-out timings must be followed as confirmed by our reservations team. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to apartment availability and may include additional charges.
02 — Guest Identification
Guests may be required to provide valid CNIC, passport or official identification at check-in. Accurate guest details are required for security, verification and reservation records.
03 — Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests included in the confirmed reservation are allowed to stay inside the apartment. Additional guests must be approved in advance and may be subject to extra charges.
04 — Visitor Policy
Visitors are not allowed without prior approval from management. All visitors must follow building security rules and may be required to provide identification before entry.
05 — Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside bedrooms, lounges or enclosed apartment areas. Smoking may only be permitted in balcony or designated outdoor areas where applicable.
06 — No Parties Or Events
Parties, gatherings, loud music and events are not allowed without written permission. Guests must maintain a peaceful environment and respect neighboring apartments.
07 — Noise & Quiet Hours
Guests are requested to keep noise levels reasonable at all times, especially during late evening and night hours. Disturbance complaints may result in warnings or cancellation of stay.
08 — Apartment Care
Guests are expected to use the apartment responsibly. Furniture, appliances, electronics, kitchen items, linen and décor must be handled with care throughout the stay.
09 — Damage & Missing Items
Any damage, breakage, stains, burns, missing items or misuse of apartment property may be charged to the guest. Charges depend on repair, replacement or cleaning costs.
10 — Kitchen & Appliances
Guests may use the kitchen and appliances responsibly. Please turn off appliances, stove, lights and air conditioning when not in use to ensure safety and avoid unnecessary damage.
11 — Building Security
Guests must follow Elysium Tower building management, reception and security policies. Cooperation with security staff is required for a safe and comfortable environment.
12 — Cleanliness
Guests are requested to keep the apartment reasonably clean during their stay. Housekeeping services are available, but excessive mess, stains or misuse may result in additional cleaning charges.
