All reservations at Elysium Luxury Stays are subject to apartment availability. A reservation is considered confirmed only after availability has been verified and confirmation has been provided by our reservations team through WhatsApp, email or another approved communication channel.
Guests are requested to provide accurate contact information, arrival dates, departure dates and guest details to avoid delays during the reservation process.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance payment may be required to secure apartment reservations. The required amount varies depending on apartment category, stay duration, seasonal demand, corporate bookings and promotional offers.
Payment instructions are provided directly by our reservations department after apartment availability has been confirmed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge within 1 hour of making the booking, provided that reservation processing has not already been completed.
Reservations cancelled after the 1-hour cancellation window may not be eligible for a refund.
Promotional rates, discounted reservations, special offers, long-stay bookings and corporate reservations may be non-refundable from the time of confirmation.
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior communication, the reservation may be considered a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.
Where a refund is approved by management, processing may take up to 45 business days depending on banking institutions, payment providers and international transfer channels.
Reservation Modifications
Guests may request reservation modifications, including date changes, apartment upgrades, stay extensions and guest number adjustments, subject to apartment availability.

Cancellation Policy
At Elysium Luxury Stays, we understand that travel plans can occasionally change. To ensure fairness to all guests and maintain apartment availability, the following cancellation policy applies to reservations made for our luxury serviced apartments in Elysium Tower opposite Centaurus Mall Islamabad.
Free Cancellation Within 1 Hour
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge within 1 hour of booking confirmation.
During this period, guests may request cancellation without cancellation charges, provided reservation processing, apartment preparation or check-in procedures have not already commenced.
Cancellations After 1 Hour
Reservations cancelled more than 1 hour after booking confirmation may not be eligible for a refund.
As serviced apartments are removed from inventory and reserved specifically for guests, late cancellations may result in lost booking opportunities and operational costs.
Promotional & Discounted Reservations
Special promotions, first-time guest discounts, long-stay offers, corporate rates, seasonal deals and discounted reservations may be classified as non-refundable immediately upon confirmation.

No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior written communication may be considered a no-show.
